January 2024

A monthly look at our events, artist opportunities, and more.

Last November we participated in the We Lit Series, presented by the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute (CCCADI), in Harlem, New York. We Lit Series is dedicated to exploring authors of the African Diaspora who have beautifully woven their experiences, cultures, and dreams into their works. FORGOTTEN LANDS Co-Founders Don Brodie and Cory Torres Bishop, alongside moderator Marissel Hernández Romero, spoke to Volume 05 artists Guarionex Rodriguez Jr. 🇩🇴 and Savannah Lyons Anthony 🇻🇬. It was a packed house and dynamic conversation, one we’re excited to share.

We’re excited to share with you the full-length video of our talk at CCCADI’s We Lit series.
